many famous and tourist restaurants (5 minutes on foot), in the area of
the well known Porta Portese market (Sundays), you will find a RECENTLY
REFURBISHED, pretty and ELEGANT FLAT, in a new house with a
small garden on the back. The flat is composed of two double bedrooms,
bathroom, living-room (with a double bed sofa) and kitchen corner (total
maximum 6/7 beds).

The flat is located 300 meters from the metro-stop (Statione Trastevere),
that takes you directly to Termini Station and to Fiumicino airport in
only 20 minutes; a tram connects you to Largo Argentina in 5 minutes (close
to Piazza del Pantheon, Piazza Navona; Fori Romani, Piazza Venezia, etc..)

price
The price for 4 people is € 150 per night, which
could be less, if only two people occupy the flat, for 3 days or more
(€ 80/100, per night, depending on the period).
During peak season prices will undergo a 20% increase.
Reservations
The reservation will be confirmed when we receive your credit card
number (VISA - MASTERCARD)by email or fax. We sometimes
also ask for the fax of the bank receipt of a money order equal
to 30% of the entire amount (checking account n.15798/35, registered to
Lucio Tambascia, c/o Banca di Roma, agency n. 221 Rome, ABI 30023,

If you cancel the reservation later then 7 days before your arrival, we
will deduct 30% of the entire amount or for short periods (1-3 nights)
the first night amount.

4. Upon arrival we need a deposit (€ 100/200),
that will be returned when you leave the flat (please leave kitchen corner
cleaned). Check out time is at 12 noon. If you leave earlier, please notify
when you check in.
